Notice of the annual general assembly
The ordinary annual general assembly will be held at the club office. Members in good standing are entitled to attend and vote.
Notice is given that the ordinary annual general assembly of the Sudanese Social Club will be held at the club office in Oud Metha.
Under the articles of association, you may attend and vote if you meet the conditions and duties of membership and have belonged to the club for at least three months.
Agenda
- Ratification of the minutes of the previous general assembly
- The board's report on the year's work, the activity programme and the plan for the new year
- Approval of the draft budget for the new year and the closing account for the year ended
- Members' proposals
- Election to fill vacant seats on the board
- Appointment of the auditor and determination of the fee
Attending
A member unable to attend may appoint another member in writing to represent them. A member may hold no more than one proxy. Proxies must reach the fund administration at least five days before the meeting.
The list of members entitled to attend is published at the club office no fewer than fifteen days before the meeting.
